Ted tells Russ how he created the Suicide Squad. Feeling responsible for Ted's actions, Russ sets up a meeting with a jailer a man named Salazar who puts on ring matches against prisoners. Salazar agrees to free Ted on one condition, he wants to promote Russell Shoemaker, aka"The Walker" instead.
