Patrick decides that he needs a wife and family, and to the horror of his friends visits a dating agency. Gary asks his wife if she wants to try swinging, then chickens out when she agrees. Terry and James are enjoying cigars in their gentlemen's club. Terry glares at the women doing the same, but James finds them strangely erotic. Patrick announces at the weekly steam ritual that he has given up alcohol and cigarettes. Gary decides that he wants to make changes in his life too, starting with the breasts he seems to have grown. When they all meet for brunch at a sushi bar, Gary bemoans the loss of his beloved fry-up while Patrick tucks in and announces his intention to breed. He joins a hi-tech dating agency and trawls through a number of videos for mail order brides, deciding that he wants 'a brown one'. Meanwhile, Gary suggests to Cheryl that they make some changes in their love life, to spice things up a bit. He is no match for Cheryl, however. She logs onto the internet to search for a 'swinging' couple in their area, and he begs her to drop the subject. The boys meet at a trendy organic juice bar where Terry finally gets Patrick to realise that buying a bride for propagation purposes is a bad idea. So Patrick decides to settle instead for a different kind of 'brown one' a gorgeous chocolate-brown Labrador puppy. As they all celebrate Patrick's return to the booze, the others fall silent as James rejects the offer of their usual cigars and lights up a pipe. He is embarrassed by their reactions, until Patrick rushes off to buy them all one.
