The Stone family, mother Elaine, father Bill, and kids Kylie and Noddy, move to the quiet suburb of Poutney. There they discover that things are not all they might seem. Their next door neighbors, Mr. Pritchard and is wife Fenella are downright weird, and keep their son Eustace locked upstairs. And then Kylie and Noddie discover that someone has been taking Eustace's legs.
It all centers around the local Val-U-Matic store, and when Fenella takes Elaine shopping there, Elaine returns strangely altered. It's obviously up to Kylie and Noddy to kick some ass in suburbia.
