L.J Waters is a one minute long animation shot in the style of film noir. By looking closely at a paper held by the expectant Private Detective L.J Waters we can deduce the picture is set in the era of the Great Depression. The dollar is cheap, and so is life. He waits for an informant due to give him valuable information about the murder of Lanie Janeson. As he narrates, he assures the audience that the process for procuring this information is well known to him, but with a seed of doubt sown in his mind he may not be prepared for its eventualities.
