With every appearance of the FULL MOON, Jack Looner becomes a victim of its gruesome curse. On this particular evening, we are witness to his visions of brutality and horror as they unfold at a small lake outside of Liberal, Kansas. Jack becomes transported into the body of Billy, the crazier half of a malicious team of killers who profit from their murderous ways. As we watch this tale of terror unfold, we are led to ask ourselves: Are these visions merely figments of his imagination or are they a portal into a frightening world of unsolved deaths?
