Yakkity uses his newly learned hypnotism skills to hypnotize everyone in Onion Falls into thinking he's funny. Trouble is he never learned to 'dehypnotize,' so when the town's fits of laughter cause Mount Onion to destabilize, Yakkity has to study to save his friends. With the help of Professor Crazyhair, Yakkity builds an exoskeleton for Keo's Dad enabling him to finally enter in the sporting events at the Onion Falls town picnic. Yakkity sets the robot to 'Ultra-competitive' with disastrous results.
