On 20 November 2005 Dee Caffari set out from Portsmouth to be the first woman to sail single-handed, non-stop, around the world against prevailing winds and currents.
And on 18 May 2006 after 178 days at sea Dee returned home triumphant, setting a new world record.
Sponsored by Aviva, the savings, investments and insurance group, as part of its Forward thinking campaign, Dee's challenge was one of the toughest tests in sport.
Aviva worked with RSA Films, a production company founded by Ridley and Tony Scott, to create a series of short films that demonstrate different aspects of forward thinking.
