They cross the Rhine and ravage the French countryside. As he heads toward Western Europe, The Romans, Gauls, and Vandals must band against him. At the Marne River, Attila's forces take possession of a strategic hill. The Huns are expert archers, and the battle is fierce. But after Attila mistakes a Roman retreating army as a potential trap, he decides to withdraw. If he hadn't been stopped, the Huns could have ruled France and Italy.
