Lugosi's only color film is an old dark house story told in flashback by a body in the morgue (a device Billy Wilder later tried -- and abandoned -- with "Sunset Boulevard"). This time, Zucco ("The Mummy's Hand") is the evil scientist, with Lugosi on hand as a mysterious hypnotist who is (mysteriously) accompanied by a sadistic dwarf.
