When a vice bust goes bad, Randy Lancaster and his SWAT team are called in to run a warrant on a well know house of prostitution. They don't know how many people are inside. Randy is worried that there could be hostages. After intense negotiations fail, Randy and his SWAT team have no choice but to go in. Across town, Andre Taylor and his team surround a man in a black SUV who is holding a gun to his head. High on drugs, he seems desperate to kill himself. It's a dangerous and intense standoff, and Andre must move swiftly and carefully before the man turns the gun on himself or on them.
