Long ago (in 1999) a 19 year-old musician named James Fogarty created what was probably extreme metal's first Hi-Tech Low-Fi album for his solo project 'EWIGKEIT'.
This album was the self-produced "Starscape", and was inspired by various themes ; the atomic age (Light-Speed Evolution), Sci-Fi (The Return of Planet "X"), misanthropic megalomania (Legend Of Keshara), alienation (Unvieling th Mystery) and the profound depth of space (Space Symphony).
The music was largely written solely on keyboards with too much reverb for it's own good. The music of Ewigkeit was now beggining to take it's own form, rather than that of a copyist nature, although it still dwelt in the death / black metal genre.
STARSCAPE is newly supplied here as it was originally recorded (raw and detrimental to your hearing), although new artwork has been supplied. It was then made available to anyone with an internet connection and an interest in hearing it.
Now it is yours.
