Katharina loves Jason but Jason loves Julianne. Unrequited, she sends him to Italy with the lady he loves to workshop his adaptation of Chekhov's, "The Sea Gull". Eager to stay a part of Jason's work, she sends a cameraman to shoot the ill-fated cast. The trouble is Jason couldn't get his lady to love him back. The workshop implodes; the cameraman gets out of control; The Seagull wrecks them all...or did it? How do you make someone love you? What if they refuse? Two years later, the wounds have scarred over and Jason has retreated into uneasy seclusion in upstate New York while Katharina has trapped herself in a marriage of inconvenience with her cameraman. The cast comes together one last time in an attempt to put the past behind them but instead meet with devastating consequences.
