Kouvola's Glider Association (Finland) assembled a glider and launched it to an altitude of 400m (1,310 ft) in 1 min 40 sec at Sel np Airport, Valkeala, Finland on 10 July 2001.

J ni Yli-L ntt and Niko Korkeakangas (both Finland) won against another couple when they managed to stack nine standard bowling balls vertically without the use of adhesives in three minutes on the set of Guinness World Records , Helsinki, Finland on 23 October 2001.

1989 was a very hectic year. This is from our trip from Sweden over to Norway and then to Finland. I am still having problems with getting quality digital videos from my old VHS tapes. Hopefully, Pinnacle support can sort out the problem. If so, there will be 4 videos from our visit in Finland....
