As of 1971 I was working in Chile for ECLA(C). On 11 September 1973 there was a military coup and Pinochet took power. At the end of 1973 I was on a mission to Peru, Bolvia and Ecuador. While in Peru I met Ann who had been on her way to Chile to do research. But did not really know what to do....
