Important Information

BitTorrent is a highly effective, legal distribution technology that has soared to popularity in recent years because of its efficiency, speed, and endless possibilities. Using BitTorrent you can download many popular files and at YouTorrent we do our best to ensure these files are legal and not infringing on any parties rights.

YouTorrent operates a clear copyright policy in relation to any Content that is alleged to infringe the copyright of a third party. Details of that policy can be found below.

As part of YouTorrent's copyright policy, YouTorrent will terminate user access to the YouTorrent if a user has been determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than three times. In the interest of good will and out of respect to copyright holders, we may from time to time remove or block certain search results should they be deemed inappropriate or infringing as a result of complaint(s) from copyright owners and/or holders.
