If you're using VLC player, simply drag and drop it into the video (when watching the episode), and tadaa, subtitles. It should, however, add itself automatically, simply by keeping this file in the same folder as the video. If you do not wish for the subtitles to be shown, simply right click, choose video, subtitles and then deactivate,,, that, or delete or remove the sub from the folder.
