One of the few readily available Feat shows from the period, and a gem it is. Don't be
discouraged by the audience recording. It's one of the better sounding audience shows
I've heard, comparable to some of the FM sourced shows from these years. And what a
performance! The band was at a low point in terms of commercial viability but you'd
never know it from the energy and fun blasting out the speakers. Shaun Murphy was a
recent addition to the lineup and she is at full throttle. Another outstanding
contributor is an unusually animated Sam Clayton. Rare highlights include an electric
Can't Get Satisfied > Hot Tamales and the unfortunately unreleased Fool in Love.
This show and many others available at archive.org. This was one of my first acquisitions
from archive, more years ago than I care to remember. A vintage Cafiero recording – 16
years ago! And he's at it again now, taping away in Jamaica. Can't wait to get my ears
on those showsÂ…
