Netlabel Synthematik presents "KOSMODROMM 1.0" EP by a darkly captivating synthpop/darkwave project KOSMODROMM from Belarus.The project was formed in 2008 by Eiden Dark (vocal, lyrics, music) and D-Emsi (programming, arrangements). Since 2010 KOSMODROMM turns into a one-man project run by Eiden Dark with the assistance of session musicians on stage and in the studio, while D-Emsi continues to help the project as a sound producer.KOSMODROMM's music is a combination of electronic beats, melodic analog synths and charming darkwave atmosphere. Not the least important is the vocals delivered by Eiden Dark. His soft, gentle baritone evokes the names of the iconic Russian singers from the 60s-70s of the XXth century. Such a peculiar combination of lyrical vocals and dark synth electronics makes KOSMODROMM to stand out as one of the most original acts in the post soviet dark scene today."KOSMODROMM 1.0" EP consits of the songs from the singles "Stalker" and "Pustoj Gorod" selfreleased by the band in 2009. These songs received new professional mastering. In addition, it features special remixes by ALIEN2064 and Fractal Decay.The present EP serves as a teaser of the forthcoming full-length album with the new sound and new songs to be released later in 2010.
