In the year 2004, Adrien (more specificly writer and comix author) end Camille (who make great painting) meat at the university in Rennes. They find some point in common : having seen Dawson Creek a little bit too much, or liking to dance on sounds like Sean Paul's ones. Adrien got a nice QY70 from Yamaha, and arrive to get from this a kind of electronic music a little bit dancing and melancholic. By the years 2oo5 to 2oo6, they start to sing together, and become Mentula (find the signification in your Latin dictionary, please). Finally, just before a split cause of a departure in another town, they release their only album in Guérande, with the help of Nicolas Ancelot and Mia Livolsi, and Virginie, girlfriend of Adrien by this time, who did some additional vocals on few trax. Here it is, groovy and sad, synthpop and heroic popstars in their rooms.
