(part 1 of 3) Unicorn Ninja Soldiers is an experimental feature-length comedy shot in the style of a pseudo-documentary. The story is about two guys who have a really dumb dream of starting a music festival that only features popular alternative rock bands from 1996. Take a journey into the twisted minds of these two aspiring twenty-something musicians during a typical day in their banal life.
The idea for this was inspired by the simple question "What if David Lynch made a mumblecore movie?". This question was inspired by wondering what I could do to improve the atrociousness of mumblecore filmmaking.
