Wikipedia for mDict, a freeware dictionary viewer for Windows Mobile, containing more than 693,000 articles. English version.
To install the dictionary on your Windows Mobile:
* Install mDict v3.0 or later.
* Copy the mdx file to your SD card.
* Start up mDict.
* Select "Search All" in the "Library" menu.
* You should now be able to select the wikipedia.

This is the medium sized wikipedia, which is about 800MB. If you have no space issues, you can download the "English Jumbo" edition on the right, that has 2.3 million articles.
